A faculty focused on student-centered outcomes.

The Charlotte School of Law faculty has come from various backgrounds and achievements to design a practice-ready curriculum and a supportive environment where students are inspired to learn, prepared to serve and qualified to lead with excellence.
Every member of our faculty has a focus on making sure our students receive the skills to bridge each area of legal practice and are better equipped for professional life than most student emerging from a law school education—no matter what path they chose for themselves upon graduation.
Student success is a priority at Charlotte School of Law. Our academic success program provides students with specialized instruction tailored to mastering the skills necessary to excel in law school and in eventual practice.
It gives students with the opportunity for one-on-one counseling and differentiated study tactics tailored to a student’s individual needs. First and second year students must take PEP (Passport to Effective Practice), a one-credit course designed to ensure every student is exposed to critical lawyering skills and values not easily captured in traditional required courses.
